Onramp and offramp services: Fiat onramp and offramp services may be provided by third-party providers. Quotes, fees, limits, availability, payment methods, settlement timing, reversals, cancellations, and identity checks are controlled by the relevant provider and may change or be declined at any time.

No investment advice: Heritage Innovation does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, custody, or accounting advice. Information on the platform is provided for operational access and market context only.

Asset and market risk: Real-world asset interests, tokenized assets, digital assets, stablecoins, and payment rails can involve market, liquidity, valuation, custody, smart-contract, regulatory, issuer, counterparty, and settlement risks. You are responsible for deciding whether a transaction is appropriate for you.

Wallet responsibility: You are responsible for securing your wallet, credentials, devices, approvals, and transaction signatures. Heritage Innovation cannot reverse blockchain transactions that you authorize or recover assets lost through compromised wallets or incorrect transfer details.

Suspension and compliance review: We may restrict, suspend, delay, cancel, or refuse access to services where required by law, provider rules, compliance review, risk controls, suspected abuse, or operational integrity concerns.
